This Privacy Policy explains how DT Labs LLC, doing business as Leo Sterling (“we”, “us”), collects and uses personal information when you visit leosterling.net, buy one of our Products or contact us.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name and email address when you buy a Product, join our email list, request support or contact us.
- Purchase information: order details (which Product, price, date) passed to us by WarriorPlus. We never see or store your full card number — payments are handled by WarriorPlus and its payment processors (such as Stripe and PayPal).
- Information you put into our tools: text, word lists, names, prompts or files you enter so the tool can generate your book or content.
- Technical information: basic data such as browser type, pages visited and cookies needed for the site and tools to work and for simple analytics.
2. How we use it
- To deliver your Products and give you access to them
- To provide customer support and process refunds
- To send product updates and, if you have opted in, emails about new tools (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To keep the site and tools secure and to improve them
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the business, such as:
- WarriorPlus (checkout, order records, affiliate tracking)
- Payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal
- Our website host and email service provider
- AI service providers that process the text you submit to our tools in order to generate output
We may also disclose information if required by law.
4. Children
Some of our Products help adults create materials for children, but our site and Products are sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
5. How long we keep data
We keep purchase records for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes, and other data only as long as it is useful for the purpose it was collected for. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to certain uses. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
